The search

How the map started

A long search, a kitchen that turned into a lab, and a pattern nature already knows.

For more than twenty years the founder kept asking the same question. Trends came and went. Every few years a new big promise. Basically nothing really changed.

The kitchen slowly turned into a lab. Other work kept the lights on. The daily line was simple: there must be something.

More than once a community was sure they had found the answer. That certainty felt wrong. He took his notes and moved on.

Then something worked. He could not explain why. Digging showed a pattern nature already knows: same pieces, different sequence, different outcome. Think of a phone PIN. The digits are not the secret. The order is.

A personal experience is not proof of anything. That is why Cefrite Labs builds educational computer models: so order and timing questions can be mapped in the open, for researchers to test.

Why maths

The work began as a modelling curiosity: if the same widely available pieces can be ordered differently on a map, what changes in the picture? Cefrite keeps that question in the open as educational computational modelling, and keeps method detail off the public door.

The person behind the platform

Founder and vision

Sascha Biederbeck, alongside a specialized core engineering group and a distributed, independent research network, directs educational computer models that map order and timing questions against CEF (Cellular Expression Failure) profiles, run through RITE, the Sequence. Patents pending. Trade secret backed. The work stays independent so the map is not shelved for the richest buyout.

Analytical and computational validation runs are distributed across an independent, decentralized network, so Cefrite Labs keeps redundancy, data sanctity, and steady progress. The company has been built in a lean, capital-efficient way through self-funding. That has allowed focused progress with low overhead while keeping full control over the core technology and its direction. The intellectual property is protected through pending patent applications and trade secrets.

Technical background

Nearly two decades of hands-on work

The development pipeline is anchored by nearly two decades of hands-on research, operational management, and medical product engineering.

Berlin · ten years

Advanced aesthetic medical instrumentation

Directed technical operations and infrastructure for advanced clinical applications in Berlin, Germany, for ten years. This phase focused on non-linear tissue dynamics: hands-on engineering, validation, and deployment for advanced high-pressure needle-free intradermal and intramuscular injector architectures and localized high-frequency plasma tissue modulation devices.

IHHT

Mitochondrial terrain engineering

Developed specialized Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training (IHHT) protocols in close alignment with extreme-environment physiological baselines (Moscow Space Institute frameworks). This research mapped cellular oxygenation metrics, systemic metabolic flux variations, and cellular bio-impedance behaviors with a team of leading space researchers.

ISO 13485 · eight years

Medical device engineering and ISO 13485 production

Over the past eight years, directed medical device engineering, process development, and compliant production operations under ISO 13485 quality management systems, in parallel with monitoring OTC formulation compliance under FDA and FTC frameworks. The work spans the full translation of complex concepts into engineered, validated, and scalable manufacturing: design controls, risk management, process validation, supplier qualification, and production release for advanced medical systems.

The focus has been turning observation-derived technologies into robust, auditable, and manufacturable systems that perform consistently, both in high-precision research environments and in resource-constrained humanitarian settings.

Three non-negotiable principles

01

Humanitarian access

Core frameworks remain accessible in humanitarian and resource-limited settings through sustainable open-science models.

02

Responsible technology adaptation

Advanced findings are adapted for different environments rather than transferred directly.

03

Independent research infrastructure

Operations are built for long-term independence through custom systems and low-overhead infrastructure.

We eliminate single points of failure through a self-sufficient, offline-capable, and redundant infrastructure built with automated failsafe mechanisms. The platform architecture is continuously secured through pending patent applications, trade secrets, and redundant backups.

How we build

Two complementary paths

For researchers and clinical collaborators

High-precision track

Structured for translational research. Designed for careful research partners, regulatory pathways, and mission-aligned support. Focus on precision, data generation, and scalable development.

For stewards and humanitarian impact

Humanitarian and field

The slower, deeper path. Field-deployable blueprints, offline tools, and low-resource translation. Building toward accessible applications in settings where conventional systems struggle.

For humanity

This work is dedicated to humanity, not shelved for the best offer that makes someone rich. Part of what we find is meant for people first, not only for a balance sheet. The modelling work stays public where it can teach.

Independence by choice

Independent by choice so the map stays open for people, not locked on a shelf. Philanthropic and mission-aligned support fits better than a classic VC upside story that needs a new-molecule narrative. Independence keeps the maths unhurried.
